This super cute lunch box cake started in South Korea. As you can see, It's a small cake that fits in a lunch box.
It's a great option for a small birthday party or celebration.
We used our tiny dinosaur silicone mold to made decorations and a small round silicone cake mold (4") to bake a sponge cake.

INGREDIENTS (3 Mini lunch box cake)
- 80g Cake flour
- 3 Eggs 90g Sugar
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 30ml Milk
- 2g Vanilla extract
- 3/4 tsp Baking powder
- 75ml Milk
- 100g White chocolate
- 250ml Heavy whipping cream
- Candy melts or Chocolate for decoration Fruits for filling
