- Ordered Today? We'll ship it the next business day from New Jersey (Monday-Friday orders).
- Weekend Shopper? Your items will be on their way the following business day.
- Light Orders (up to $35): Just a small $5.50 shipping fee.
- More to Love ($35 - $100): Only $8.50 for shipping.
- Big Oders (over $100): Enjoy our gift to you - FREE shipping!
- Sit tight for 5-7 days, and we'll get your order to you.
- Remember, delivery time might change a bit depending on where you live.
- Our calendar doesn't count weekends as transit days, and neither do our carriers!
- Right now, our love doesn't cross international borders – we can't ship overseas.
- The journey of your order starts after it leaves us, and that day doesn't count as a transit day.
- While we can't control the carriers, we promise to send your order with care.
- If you're planning for a special event, we suggest ordering 8 -10 business days in advance to ensure everything is perfect.
Returns
Don't love your items? No worries! If you aren’t completely satisfied with your product(s), received the wrong item(s), or the order arrived damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 10 business days of the original ship date (as shown on your packing list) and request a return. Returns received past the allowable date or containing ineligible items will not be refunded.
Returned items must be un-used, un-opened and in its original packaging, and be in the same condition in which they were received. Opened, used or sale items are non-refundable. Please note that Party boxes are sold as one unit and items from the box can not be returned separately. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received a promotional discount on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at shopsweetwish@gmail.com. Upon receipt of your return request, we will review and send you a return authorization number and return details if the request is approved. Please note that we do not accept returns without a return authorization number.
Once we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the original method of payment within approximately 1-3 business days.
