*Maple cinnamon compound butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter ( 1 stick butter) softened
- 2 Tbsp Maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
*Pancakes (4 medium size pancakes)
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp Cake flour
